Create a comfy space on the floor- you may need towels for head/body support.
Always move within your range of ease & comfort- very often that may mean very small movements or even in your imagined sensing .
Move slowly- so you can track what you are sensing and detect small differences.
Focus on quality rather than quantity - LESS IS MORE!
Rest often- to consolidate learning and emphasise self regulation.
With awareness/mindfulness- these are opportunities to learn more about yourself.
Enjoy yourself! Keep your intention light. You don’t have to get it ‘right’.
