A series of 5 x 1 hour classes designed to help you find a greater flexibility in ribs, breathing and its impact on you! Find freedom in your breathing, freedom in your torso and flexibility with moving your arms and head/neck. Once you can breathe more fully, you’ll find you are more awake, feel better and have more energy!

Each class is around an hour long and will be sent to you via Dropbox following the scheduled time (10am Thursday morning).

This series of classes consists of the following:
1. Pressing through your ribs to feel more flexible.
2. Hooped springs opening and closing, lengthening and shortening.
3. Reaching into ease in body and breath.
4. Hoops and triangles soften ribs.
5. More flexible movement, more flexible YOU!
