This series will focus on mobilising your spine so that you are able to find freedom in all of your movement. Different classes will look at mobilising the lumbar, thoracic and cervical sections of the spine. The five lessons are:

  1. Tilting the legs

  2. Rotation, lying on the side

  3. Lying, crossing the legs and rotating

  4. Lying, tilting the knees with a fixed head

  5. Turning around yourself in lying.
